Congratulations to the winner of the Royal
Purple Reel Wars Video Contest, Dan
Lamoureux of Thornton, IL. Click the image

Lamoureux's video "Purple Bot" became a
finalist by finishing in the top five after
online voting closed. His video was then
selected as the winner by the panel of
judges who were looking for best use of
Royal Purple, originality and quality of the
video.
Lamoureux said he plans to pay
bills and student loans and donate a portion
of his winnings to charity. He was presented
the $5k Grand Prize check from judge Kevin
Oeste of V8TV. |

Craft Summer Nationals is
one of America's largest and most
prestigious performance automotive events.
This year Summer Nationals will roll into
the Minnesota State Fairground in St. Paul,
July 22-24.

indoor area will host thousands of

David Gnewikow is
a Royal Purple pro from Mt. Juliet, TN.
Gnewikow and his partner Jason Sain recently
posted a seventh place finish out of 320
boats and 640 anglers in this year's Triton
Owner's Tournament out of Paris Landing on
Kentucky Lake. The team weighed a 22.5 pound
limit on Day One and a 16.2 pound limit on
Day Two.
"I look forward to the Triton Owner's
Tournament every year," said Gnewikow. "The
competition is always top notch. Thanks to
American Bass Anglers and Triton
Boats for putting on a phenomenal event. I
especially appreciate Royal Purple's support
of competitive bass fishing."

Royal Bird eBay Auction Benefits
the Hot Rodders Children's Charity
Following
Royal Purple's sponsorship of the second
build on Powerblock TV's new series Search
& Restore, Royal Purple's Mark McFann
was inspired to continue in the giving
spirit. July 2 and 3, McFann and Powerblock
TV host Courtney Hansen will announce that
the Royal Purple project car, a 1969 Pontiac
Firebird originally
built on Horsepower TV, will be auctioned on
eBay. The proceeds from the eBay auction
will be donated to theHot
Rodders Children's Charity.
The first
generation Firebird was produced by the
General Motors' Pontiac Division between
1967 and 1969, sharing the same platform as
the Chevrolet Camaro.
The
auction went live on eBay June 29. Bidding
for the Royal Bird will close July 8. For a

Royal Purple Launches HPM Marine Products
Boat owners
looking for the best protection for their
engines can now use Royal Purple's new line
of NMMA FC-W Catalyst Compatible® multi-vis
30-weight and 40-weight, four-stroke High
Performance Marine (HPM) engine oils.
FC-W Catalyst
Compatible® designation is given by the
National Marine Manufacturer's Association
(NMMA) for oils that have been tested, and
have exceeded the performance requirements
of bench tests for viscosity, corrosion,
filter plugging, foaming and aeration.
FC-W® (CAT)
licensed oils must successfully pass a
100-hour general performance engine test.
Currently, there are only four marine engine
oils that meet this standard including Royal
Purple's multi-vis 30 and 40 weight oils.
Royal Purple
has also introduced their new SAE 80W-90
Gear Lube to the marine product market.
