Firebird will be up for auction at
theMecum
Auction held
Oct. 7 and 8 at the Dallas
Convention Center.

proceeds from the auction will be
donated to the Hot Rodders

Sponsorships in Review
The call for 2012 Sponsorship proposals
closed Sept. 30. Director of Consumer
Marketing Randy Fisher is currently
reviewing the proposals and said he received
a good response from a wide range of racing
genres including drag racing, circle track,
motorcycle and marine.

Preparing for the SEMA Show
The Royal Purple Automotive
Sales Team is looking forward to a
very busy and successful SEMA Show
in Las Vegas, Nov. 1 - 4. This year
the booth will feature the Ring
Brothers' 1965 Mustang, "The
Producer" that will be unveiled
Tuesday, Nov. 1 at 3:25 p.m.
"I'm really excited about this
year's show because we have so many
new products to talk about," said
Butch Cox, Royal Purple Automotive
Sales Manager.
New products include: High
Performance Street (HPS) motor oil,
High Performance Marine (HPM)
multi-vis oils and gear lube, 0W-20
motor oil and the new 5-quart
bottle.

Texans Ticket
Giveaway
Last month Royal Purple gave
away two tickets to the sold out
Texans/Steelers game at Reliant
Stadium. The contest was hosted
by the Texans and was posted on
the Texans Facebook Fan Page and
Twitter accounts. Royal Purple
Inc. also posted the contest. A
random winner was selected after
texting the answer to the
question, "Who was Coach
Kubiak's Week 2 Player of the
Week?"
Mike Taylor of
Cypress, TX was the lucky
winner. In addition to the game
tickets, Taylor also received
Royal Purple swag and a
certificate for a case of oil.
Brian George of the Texans
said the contest was, "One of, if
not the best social media responses
we have had."
Driver SF Sweepstakes
The Driver San Francisco sweepstakes
is in its third week and will run
through Nov. 2. Weekly winners
receive a copy of the game for Xbox
or PS3, and are announced every
Wednesday on the Facebook fan page.
The Grand Prize winner will be
announced Friday, Nov. 4 and will
win a custom wrapped Royal Purple
Xbox 360 and a copy of the Driver SF
video game.
